Sub-processors
Everyone outside our own systems who can receive data when you use Answertally. Nobody else does.
Assistants we ask on your behalf
Measuring means asking assistants the questions you set. Those questions travel to the assistant, and they contain the brand and competitor names you are tracking. That is the whole point of the product, and it is the part worth being precise about: what leaves us is the question, not your client’s account, contacts or files.
Claude and Grok are off unless you switch them on for a client. Until you do, nothing goes to them.

What none of them get
- We do not sell data to anyone, and none of these providers receive data for their own purposes.
- We do not send your data, or your clients’ data, to be used for training models. The assistants answer our questions; they do not receive your workspace.
- Reports are not sent anywhere by us. A report reaches a client when you send the link, and not before.
Changes
This page carries a date, and it is the record. If we add a sub-processor or change what one receives, this page is updated at least 30 days before the change takes effect, so that you have time to object or leave.
We may replace a sub-processor sooner than that when the alternative is an outage or a security problem. If that happens, the page says so and gives the date it actually changed.
Hosting
The product runs on infrastructure we operate, with the database and stored answers on machines we control. When that hosting provider is fixed, it is named here with the rest.
