How to read this
  • Visibility is the share of AI answers mentioning the brand, measured across repeated samples on several platforms over weekly windows.
  • This audit is a single measurement of how assistants answer today. The ranked work is what the current sources suggest, with expected effort — not a forecast of results.
  • Retainer and effort are the agency's own estimates for the scope below, shown so the numbers behind the proposal are visible.

What comes back

The card above is the example audit, abridged, with invented names. Your client sees your agency’s logo and colour.

In the report you send

  1. Where the client stands today. Share of sampled answers naming the client, next to the tracked competitors’ average.
  2. Ranked work for the next 90 days. Each item with its reason, estimated impact and effort.
  3. Your proposed engagement. Retainer and effort are the agency's own estimates for the scope below, shown so the numbers behind the proposal are visible.
  4. The caveats. A single measurement of how assistants answer today, not a forecast of results.

In your workspace, for your team

  • The diagnosis. Which sources are cited in answers that name competitors and not your client, and whether the gap is on the client’s own pages or outside them.
  • Question by question. How often each assistant names the client, and which tracked competitor leads where it does not.
  • The answers themselves. Every answer behind the numbers, with the pages it cited.

How we measure →

Five steps, one client

You choose the client and check the questions. The product does the asking, reading and ranking.

The questions matter more than anything else here. Generated ones are a starting draft; edit them until they read the way your client’s buyers actually ask.
Why it is not instant. Each question is asked three times on each of ChatGPT, Perplexity and Grok, so an audit of two dozen questions is over two hundred answers. It takes longer than a page load, on purpose: one answer per question would be noise.

What the audit is not

Worth knowing before you send it, because your client will read it as a promise if you let them.

Not a forecast of results

The ranked work is what the current sources suggest, with expected effort. It does not predict what share of answers the client will reach.

A snapshot, not a trend

One pass shows where the client stands this week. Movement needs repeated measurements over weeks; sixty to ninety days is the honest unit.

Your pitch, not ours

The report carries your brand only. The proposed retainer and hours start from default values; set your own before you send it.

Nothing is published

The audit reads what assistants already answer. Nothing changes on the client’s site, and the report goes nowhere until you send it.

Before you start

How long does it take?

Longer than a page load, and we do not promise a time. Each question is asked three times on each of ChatGPT, Perplexity and Grok, so an audit of two dozen questions is over two hundred answers. It takes longer than a page load, on purpose: one answer per question would be noise.

Which assistants does the audit use?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, each with its own cited sources. Claude comes with Growth and can be switched on per client. Microsoft Copilot and Google AI Overviews / AI Mode offer no public API, so they are not measured, and no report estimates them.

What happens right after the audit?

You read the diagnosis and the ranked work in your workspace, adjust the proposed engagement, and generate the report. It goes nowhere until you send it. If the client signs, you keep measuring them in the same workspace without setting anything up again.

What if we want to keep measuring the client?

Ongoing measurement is what the plans cover. There is no self-serve checkout yet. Plans are set up with us directly. See pricing.
